How much do you charge?

Are there any additional or hidden costs?

Any additional costs (such as restocking or minor maintenance) are transparent and only actioned when required. Our model is built on clarity and trust, not layered charges.
What happens if a guest damages the property?

All bookings are covered under platform protection (e.g. AirCover), and we implement strict guest screening and house rules to minimise risk.
If anything does occur, we handle the entire process—from documentation through to claim resolution—so you don’t have to deal with it.
